Good thing there are holidays

Holidays seems to be the only time I update my blog. It started with Deer Hunt last year (and yes the hunting season is a MAJOR holiday in our lives), then Halloween, Christmas, Kyla's birthday and now Easter. Good thing for holidays, or maybe I just need to get my camera out more!!!!!

Family Easter Picnic

We went out on the annual family Easter picnic with the White's. It was alot of fun and the weather was actually pretty nice.

It is pretty rare to have everyone together but everyone came on the Easter picnic so we got a picture of all the the cousins, all 13 of them!

Kyla's First Birthday

Kyla turned one over the weekend. We celebrated her birthday on Saturday with the Whites and Sunday with the Thompson's. Saturday was Kyla's actual birthday and it worked out that Dusty's nephew MaCoy was going to be baptized that day too. We went to the baptism and then had a party afterwards. On Sunday it was my niece's birthday so we had a joint party with my family that day. We pretty much just partied all weekend long. Kyla got lots of funs toys some cute new clothes.

Our Big Milestone

Kyla is almost one and just barely has engough hair on top to put in curlers!!!! WHAAAHOOOOO We thought the day would never come. The next big milestone I am looking forward to is Kyla saying Ma Ma. She has Da Da down pat. She says num num and hi & bye but is yet to Ma Ma. The more I encourgage it the louder she says Da Da. She is even close to saying La dy. If she says our dog's name before ma ma, I am really going to feel bad.

Almost One!

Believe it or not, Kyla is almost one already. I cant believe how fast the time has gone. It seems like she was born a couple months ago and here it is time to have her first birthday. Although it is sad to look back at how fast she has grown, it is fun watching her learn and explore new things. She is so much fun at makes Dusty and I laugh at something new everyday!
